When does the promotion start and end?
This promotion starts 12.01am (AEDT) on 04/12/2023 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 10/03/2024.

Can I enter the promotion?
Only Australians aged 15+ may enter this promotion. If you are under 18, you must get approval from your legal parent/guardian before you enter. If you're a Coachella major prize winner and under 18 years old, your companion must be a guardian 18+.
Where is my unique code located?
The unique code location may vary, depending on what you purchased:
- Bottle: Drink and look inside the label for the unique code. Please leave the label on the bottle for 10c refund.
- Cans: The unique code can be found on the inside of the carton.
- Cinema Cup (Cinema): Peel the label to reveal the unique code inside (label found on the outside of the cup).
- Scratch Card (on premise): Scratch the game card to reveal the unique code.
How do I enter?
Visit the website winmusicprizes.mycoke.com.au. Fill out and submit the online entry form, including providing the unique code from the Specially Marked Pack, scratch card or peel and reveal game card and any applicable details.
Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase for all entries (i.e., original itemised purchase receipt(s), scratch card/s and peel and reveal game card/s).
When is the last day I can claim my prize(s)?
Each prize will have varying redemption periods and will be referenced on the winning email and in the T&Cs.
How and when will I be notified?
You will be notified instantly on screen at the time of entering if a prize has been won a prize or not. If you have won a prize, you will be sent an email confirming your prize. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your email notification.
If you have won an e-Voucher, the prize will be included in the confirmation email. If you have won a physical prize, you will be asked for your delivery details in order for the prize to be sent to you. If you've won an Experience, you will be also be contaced by either phone or in writing within 7 days of winning the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any spelling errors on delivery address or email address.
I never received my email, what do I do?
Please first check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us via direct message to our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CocaColaAustralia or through our Customer Call Number 1800 025 123 so we can help troubleshoot any issues you are having with the website. Make sure you have your proof of purchase and the details you've entered with.
Is there a limit on how many times I can enter the promotion?
There is a limit of 3 entries per person per day.
Is there a limit on how many prizes I can win?
You can only win a Coachella prize once.
There is no limit on the number of instant prizes you can win.
When is the unclaimed prize draw held?
In the event of an unclaimed Major Prize, the unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 1/4/2024 at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
In the event of an unclaimed Coke Merch Prize and/or Woolworths Exclusive Prize, the prize will be redrawn on 13/5/2024 at 12pm (AEST) at the same address as above.
Any winners will be informed by phone and in writing within three (3) to seven (7) days of determination. If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at winmusicprizes.mycoke.com.au.
I wanted a different prize. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange prizes. We hope you still enjoy what you've won!
I want to change my postal address for the physical prize
Please email the Customer Service team with your details:
- phone number
- email address
- winning prize
- address provided
- the address you wish to relocate your merch prize to
Customer service will respond and action your request within 7 working days.
How quickly will I receive my prize?
If you are a winner of a physical prize, you should receive your prize within 2-3 weeks of the receipt of your email.
